The Leading Nutrition and Wellness Center in South Florida with locations in Coconut Creek and Hollywood (children only). Our center cares for Children and Adults and offers help for families and adults dealing with nutritional problems including Obesity. We offer Weight management programs for children, teens and adults.
The Family Nutrition Center strongly believes that better health can be achieved through good nutrition. Nutrition plays an integral part in the treatment of many diseases. The use of science based guidelines have shown a reduction in the development of certain diseases, and at times, have helped to reduce the need for medications.
Our center works towards our mission in various ways:
- By providing private consultation and counseling in our office
- FNC enthusiastically educates the community through informational speeches, education programs, and community wellness programs. Our wellness programs have connected with over one hundred thousand individuals in the state of Florida through numerous venues.
- By consulting with businesses on developing employee wellness programs, schools, and day care centers to improve the nutritional content of menus and food selection.
- By developing innovative new programs for our clients, including web based programs and community group programs for the undeserved in our community.
