From Sawgrass- Exit 441 north. Go to HIllsboro and make a right. We are on the right in the Boulevard Professional Center

From the Turnpike-(Heading south) Exit to the Sawgrass and follow directions from above

From the Turnpike-(Heading north) Exit Sample Rd west. Go to 441 and make a right. Go to Hillsboro and make a right. We are on the right in Boulevard Professional Center

From 95- Exit Hillsboro Blvd West. We are just passed Lyons road on the left.

From I-95: Exit on Hollywood Blvd.  Go west to Park Ave. Make a right hand turn at Park Ave (north). Go straight approximately a 1/4 mile to Johnson street make a left hand turn (west).  The building will be on your right hand side in the middle of the block.  The building is a small tan building with blue double doors and the parking is in the front. The name of the building is JoeDiMaggio CF and Pulmonary Center.
